WHAT IS INCLUDED IN THE SUPPORT MINUTES?
Any type of work that fits in that amount of time is fine. Clients mostly use this time for things such as adding a few new products, a new slider image to the homepage, making updates to the site’s navigation, editing some photos, etc.
WHAT IF I DON’T USE ALL OF MY MINUTES?
We allocate the time per month for your project and your place in line so we can provide prompt service, therefore time does not roll over.
WHAT IF WHAT I NEED REQUIRES MORE MINUTES THAN I HAVE AVAILABLE?
We’ll use the minutes you have available then provide a proposal for the additional work at the discounted rate of $50/hr.
IS THERE A CONTRACT?
There is a minimum service term of three months and you are billed automatically every three months going forward until you cancel. Simply log in to your account to cancel or contact us and we will stop the billing before the next due date. Please note that unused time is non-refundable once paid.
