1.)	Do I need to have a web site already to use AlohaCart?
	No. AlohaCart will run stand alone and act as your entire website. However it is recommended that you do have a site to provide your clients with additional information about your company.

2.)	Do I need to be a programmer to use AlohaCart?
	No. You can run AlohaCart without ever looking at the code. It is a plug and play application. After installation you will be able to maintain and edit your site via the online administration area.


3.)	What about installation? Is it difficult?
	Installation by us is included when you order our plan. So you don't have to worry about FTP'ing installation files, installing the MySQL database, editing PHP files, etc.

4.)	Is the license cost a one time fee?
	Yes, the license is a one time fee.

5.)	Do I need a merchant account to process orders?
	No. Only if you would like to process credit cards in real-time do you need a merchant account. You can always accept other methods such as PayPal, checks or money orders.

6.)	How can I accept credit cards without a merchant account?
	If you have a business bank account, you can probably get a terminal from your bank in order to process cards manually. The shopping cart will collect the credit card information and you can process it using your terminal.

7.)	Can I customize the shopping cart to look like my current site?
	Sure. You can change the templates yourself to look like your current site. If you feel this may be too much for you, we will be happy to do it for you. This option is available during the ordering process.

8.)	Do I get your demo design layout with my purchase of AlohaCart?
	Yes, the template of the demo site is included as an optional template for you to use.

9.)	Can we hire you to add features that don't currently exist or integrate our template or design?
	Yes, adding features that don't currently exist is available upon request! We also do template manipulation and integration. Contact us here.

10.)	Is it easy to add items and update the shopping cart?
	Don't take our word for it. Give the administration area a try by taking advantage of our demo.
