NOTICE: Over the last few weeks every member of our 6-person household has been going through strep throat then the stomach flu one by one. I was the last one to get the stomach flu and am still recovering from that and a sinus infection. Needless to say, when all the kids are sick as well as myself, it does grind things to a screeching halt. I've been able to work some the last few days and am trying as hard as I can to get caught up on emails and projects. Danielle designed a complete site for us from the ground up. We were using the same shopping cart for almost 5 years and really needed a fresh, new look. Being that Danielle was familiar with our industry she took off with our ideas and designed an easy to use website. Danielle was AMAZING to work with. I can't say enough about her customer service. Prior to making a purchase she answered TONS of my questions and never seemed annoyed with them. She encouraged me to find out all that I needed to know and was sure I was educated on the different choices I had before I made a purchase. She was generally friendly as well, not just stuck in business mode. Her website was laid out very well also. It was easy to navigate and I always new what I should click on to find what I wanted. There are also tons of examples of her work in her portfolio and it was easy to find out how I felt about her designs before making a decision. She continued to answer my questions after I made payment as well.
I ADORE the final design on my website. It came out perfect and much better than I thought actually. I wasn't happy with the initial color that was made on the website but she changed it and I was immediately in love. Her matching skills w/color were awesome and she adjusted a template layout that I liked with colors to match my current logo and tastes and it came out awesome. She did it in a super fast amount of time as well. I was really surprised that she was done as quick as she was. I love love love it and I know I will be going back to her for additional things like photo editing, business card design, etc. |
