Red Peach Designs retains copyright ownership of all original artwork or parts contained therein, whether preliminary or final. Upon receipt of full payment, the client is granted license to use the final web design and/or provided graphics and files (logo, business cards, etc.) for their business for advertising and other business-related media. Rights to photos, graphics, source code and software are specifically not transferred to the client, and remain the property of their respective owners. Red Peach Designs retains the right to use the completed project and any preliminary designs for the purpose of marketing materials and portfolio.
Limited Edition and Unlimited Template License:
- The link back to us may not be altered and
MUST be kept visible in the template, appearing
on ALL pages.
- You may use the template on ONE site only.
The only exception to this rule is if you have a regular website
plus a shopping cart like Hyena Cart. In this case, you may
use the template on both your main site and your Hyena Cart
as long as they are for the same business. If you wish to
use the template on more than one website, you must purchase
an additional license for each site.
OOAK Template License:
- Once the template is sold, it will no longer
be available for sale or used by our company.
- The link back to our site in the template
can be removed on your own if desired, however you may NOT represent the
design as your own.
Scrapbook Style Website Templates:
- The link back to us and the designer may NOT be removed under any circumstances, per the license with the designer.
- You may NOT represent the
design as your own.
General Terms of Use
for both types of Licenses:
You are encouraged to read the entire terms detailed these Terms
of Service (because by purchasing a license
you are agreeing to them). Key points are: 1. You are not allowed
to re-distribute or reproduce our copyrighted material. The license
grants you USE of the template, it does not grant you OWNERSHIP
of the template. 2. You are not allowed to use it on a website
containing sexually explicit material, promotion of hatred against
any group, or any illegal activity and the site must not contain
links to any such material. Violation of these terms will result
in your loss of license without refund.
Our pre-made templates are available
for your use on your personal or business website, according to the terms stated above.
